mine took four days, but certainly many take a much shorter period. Can depend on how many machines your dealer has to do the programing and whether they run into any problems.

I put mine today and the dealer promised it back by tomorrow.

He told me that it takes about 8 hours and that's why they gave me some hard time at first to do it without having any real problem..

Thanks for the reply. Please let us know if it actually did get done in within the day. Are you getting 16.2?

Mine is a Feb 24th build March 24th ED, to be delivered Thursday. I was wondering if the dealer could do the upgrade between now and Thursday.

My service advisor gave me a tour of the facilites and allowed me to talk to the mechanic who was upgrading my computer (16.2) as well as installing Sirius. The computer said that it had 5 hours remaining and it had been updating for about 2 hours at that point. I think it varies for most people depending on what old version they have, how many computers and technicians are available etc.... You should expect a full day or more from what others have said on this board.

Today I leaved the car to my dealer for a change of the language in the voice control (from German to English) and also a software upgrade.

They say to me that they need the car for 2 days.
