BMW could do more to make the purchase experience more profesional and reward loyal enthusiasts. I offer these suggestions. What can you add to the list? I will forward these to a good contact at BMW NA.

1. If you are coming off of a BMW FS lease and you are going to lease another Bimmer, you automatically get the "buy rate". This would reward loyal enthusiasts and cut the pain of getting a fair deal in half.

2. This one addresses a common dealer fraud in the Chicago area. When you lease a BMW and take European Delievery the Chicago area dealers routinely attempt to use European Delievery MSRP to calculate the residual value. The car is turned in the US at the end of the lease. The correct way to calculate the residual value is to use the US MSRP. Why should the residual value be less if you take European Delievery? This is a big deal. $60/month with $7,500 down on a 545. It is an even higher number if you put less than $7,500 down.

They need to make their "service" experience better. At least go from zero to one.
