My 550 was released from the SC VPC on Monday and arrived at the dealer on Thursday. I hope this helps you.
The wait over the final few days is the worst part.

By the way, I was told that the 3 week delay on my 550 at the VPC was to wait for an "update" for all 550s. This could be anything from a software update to any other kind of non-critical issue - it was not defined enough for my dealer to know.
