Nice motor - love the wheels. They look great and very easy to clean.

I just picked up new ride 2 days ago!
E60 2005 Titanium Silver/black/anthracite 545i
steptronic
sport pkg
navigation
premium sound
cold weather pkg
I love it! It replaces my 2003 325i, wow what a power difference.
A couple things that annoy me-- the seatbelt warning chime won't shut up if I am making a short trip without my seatbelt on? (any suggestions?). Also I'm surprised how stiff the ride is-- I guess that's the good and bad of the sport package.
The stereo is AWESOME.

OK, I hear you guys, I am going to be a and wear my seatbelt ALL the time now with that annoying chime. Hey I have 3 young kids to support, I can't die yet.
I posted more pics in the first post of the thread if you are interested.

About the stiff ride, lowering the tire pressure will help. From the factory, the tires are inflated for maximum load - a full complement of passengers and luggage. If you don't often load the car, letting out some air will lessen the impact of bumps and stuff. Just look in your manual and see what the other settings are for the 545i with the wheel/tire combination you have. It will rob you of some fuel economy, but things will be much smoother.
