I just got the euro road disc from navteq for my pick-up at ED next month. mine says 2004-1 which I assume is updated from 1st quarter of '04. The US one you show is probably updated as of 2nd quarter I would guess.
I'll know more next month when I get mine from ED.

I'm curious to know if you've had better luck with the Voice Controls.
When I first got mine, I thought you could give any voice command at any time. So the first thing I did was say "106.5 FM" from the main menu. Nope. You first have to be in the Entertainment menu for that.
And you need to say "FM" first to move into that mode. Then say "106.5 FM". Based on my experience, the voice controls work very well as long as your windows are up and the sunroof is closed. That and practicing which commands work on different menus. Has it gotten any better for you?

555: I haven't played much more with it yet; things have been busy here. My CA used the command "Frequency 92.3". We used this from all different points, e.g. i-drive in default main screen.

MaTRiX: I found deep breaths, and this forum, to be a big help while waiting. Sleep and other escapist behavior (
) help also. The comfort-seats option is front only; no option to do these in the rear. I don't sit back there very often so I probably wouldn't have done that anyway. I'm absolutely totally happy about the Orient/Beige combination. I had my doubts, but every time I see it, a big friggin smile appears! The Lojack guy wrote down it was black, which also made me smile.

hey sj3, thanks for the tips, done them all, slept longer hours, sitting at the pc surfing E60 forums. Also i found my self at the bmw.ca website a lot doing the build my bmw thing over and over again. Tried reading the manual but it just gets boring. Its pretty good to keep visiting the bmw center, checkout E60s in real, keeps you calm. Well, this week is going to be the longest of all out of the 2 and half month waiting period. Thing i dont like about the packages is that nothing is offered at all in the rear seats. Like i really wanted the comfort seat and ventilated seat option in the rear seats as well, but that only happens in the 745LI or 760LI which really sucks!

sj3,
I just looked at a rearseat center armrest tonight, and the cup holders were not covered by a moving piece like yours has. Is that because you have the fold down rear seats?
