Shouldn't the country that, on balance, has the highest VAT rate & the lowest tax-paid price have the lowest pre-tax price? Wht's the VAT rate in Holland?

I bought the car in Germany without VAT - And they never asked me to pay VAT in poland. So really i have my car without VAT. i also dropped the invoice value by 50% and paid 8.5% over that - so it was a bargain!
Further more i hope u wont get a dutch accountant check cause they definitely wont agree with the "boekwaarde" of the car since u dropped the invoice value by 50%. Also i hope u yourself are registered in Poland as a resident cause otherwise dutch laws like "bijtelling" and other bullsh*t will apply to u. Finally i hope u wont get into trouble if u want to sell the car later on cause u will have to sell it in Poland since i assume you are driving around with Poland number plates.
Mmm, personally i think the whole situation was not too smart but i hope i am wrong. Good luck with the car anyways.

Actually the country with the highest tax rate has the lowest pre-tax price. And that is holland. Holland has 47% duty + 19% VAT on new cars.
Negative. That is Denmark.

So does it mean that if I order a RHD BMW from a Dutch dealer for export to outside of EU, I'll get a refund of the 47% plus the 19%?

Didnt you buy the car second hand in Germany? If u did the price included VAT and u did pay VAT in Germany.
