Hello all. New to the boards. I want to lease an 08 530i but I don't want to wait until summer. I want to get something before the end of March. Anyways, an 07 is the way to go. I'm guessing there will be some good deals on 07's since the 08's are right around the corner? I'm looking for a 36mo/12,000mi. Hopefully I can get something in the $600 range.

The deals to be made on a 2007 530i is fantastic: 36 mo/15k mi ? Residual Value 60% of MSRP ? .00100 Money Factor Buy Rate. If the MF isn't marked up at all this would equal to 2.4% APR.

Thanks for all the helpful information. This will be my first time leasing. I'm the type that loses interest in something if I see something else that I like. I was originally looking to get a 335 coupe. But now I'm in love with this one. 
So it's very likely by the end of the lease, I will want something different.
Anyways, I'm hoping to get a 530 black metallic, beige interior, navigation, AT. No real options other than the Navigation, which is the only thing I care about. Perhaps the Logic Hi fi system is something I might consider, but other than that I couldn't care less about the other options.
Also want to do a 36mo/15k deal. If possible I want to upgrade the wheels to the 166's @ the dealership. If not, I'm planning on having them soon after I get the lease through some after market website. Those rims are so pretty.

Don't upgrade the wheels at the dealership. They'll rob you blind. You can get the 166s from quad_m for a good price.
