Collected 535d yesterday - wasn't perfect.....

Dear All,
Now the proud owner of a 535d Sport - Carbon Black, Nappa/Cloth, Visibility Pack, Chrome Grills, 6CD, Bluetooth, Sun Protection Glass, Mirror Pack.
Sadly, arrived at the dealer at 11am and didn't leave until 14:00. The car had been waxed without a proper wash and dry, hence all the water marks, transit residue had been waxed over.
After three hours of stripping the wax, and reapplying, the car looked as it should do. Made sure they didn't polish off too much whereby I lost the factory sheen.
Dealer acknowledged fault and provided me with the 5 series accessory book to select c ?100 work of extras - not bad...
Now, I really don't like the stock sound system, would anyone know whether its possible to install an active sub woofer in the back ? I doubt if there are any available outputs from the standard audio unit to connect into...
Unable to post a pic... keep getting a IE error page.

Too bad we don't get that 535d in N.America. Must be very upsetting to see problems with brand new car. Looks like dealer tried to make it up to you.

P.S. Instead of IE, switch to Firefox, much better!!

Congrats on the new car. Shame you didn't get the HiFi - massive difference over stock system. If you can retro fit the bits for HiFi it would be well worth it.

Just be ready to take care of the exterior more often than with any other color. If it's not a headache you would be quite happy
