Car is at dealer for oil change. Paying for this one because I don't want to wait 15,000 miles. Gonna keep trying to get it done @ 7500.
Anyway, next one will be free.
Did a punch list for the service dept
1. Transmission slam
2. Rough start ups on cold mornings-rpms go up and down and you have to keep your foot on the brake or it will lunge.
3. I drive-did not come on until car was restarted like the minutes later. Another time took it several minutes to come oon.
4. Trim pieces on steering wheel peeling.
5. Occasional pop sound in rear when you accelerate after coasting at low speeds.
6. AC issues-probably cannot duplicate because of the colder weather now.
7. Brake fluid change
8.Rusting wheel hubs on a 2 year old car-and no I do not have to drive through salt sprayed roads in the winter.
E90 328 loaner seems a lot faster. I checked the stats. It has 15hp and 100 fewer pounds than the E60.
Hate the dodge polaris dash.
Hate the noise of the run flats.
It is so much nicer to go from an e46 to an E60 than E60 to E90.
I do like the looks of the F10. Would give it a few years so they can get the kinks worked out.

I dropped off my car at the dealer last week and got a 335XI loaner and to me the 335XI was more clumsy steering, car felt heavier, and suspension was awful. It had 20K miles on it so I'm not sure if the suspensions are shot or I'm just used to the sports suspension in my car. The 335Xi accelerates very quickly with little effort though.
