Last time I brought my car in for service, I am guessing the tech or whoever drove it scratch from ACS lip BAD and the passenger side skirt had paint chips. So i asked my SA what he's gonna do. He said he'll paint it. I went to pick up the car today and it was a shitty job. I can paint better with a freakin spray can in a backyard. They spot painted my side skirts (from 3 car lengths, u can see where it was spot painted and had 3 different colors), didnt adjust my side skirt since it was popped up, ONLY spot painted my lip and bumper, painted OVER my PDC, and then freakin painted my fender when there was absolutely no damage. There were bubbles and a SHIT load of orange peel. The paint felt rough and thick. I called BMW immediately at 8008311117. Basically, the car looked better with the scratches and paint chips. They better take care of this nicely or buy me a new front bumper, and fender AND pay for my expenses for a body shop of my choice.

I think that's criminal! Damage to a customer's car and then a shoddy repair is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Someone should lose their job.

dont want anyone losing their jobs. hard to keep one in this market. hopefully, they will do a good paint job. if not, i'm talking to the manager and have corporate BMW take care of this. worst case scenario, they give me a check for a new bumper, front lip, side skirt, paint job, and also a loaner. I'll probably change to a rieger kit if that's the case. Thing that bothers me the most is that they sport painted and also painted my fender. I kinda like original paint ya know but if it's not original, at least paint it so it looks original.

i did tip the SA so hopefully, he will follow up and get it done. They gotta remember to get a new PDC....

Why would anyone paint over a completed non-damaged PDC????????????

ARRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I cant stand driving the loaner. Well, still better than a ford....
