Bloomfield? No way. Thats f'kup. I do know that they sometimes scratch the front lip (add-on), because of the way the sidewalk is outside of the shop. And they don't angle the car before getting up that little hill. I heard that from another member who learned it the hard way. Which one of the SA do you talk to?

John - I'd take it up with Craig, the service and part manager. He is great to work with. This is a major f'k up on their part, they better make it right for you. Also, I haven't been back there since my M-kit. Anyway, good luck man.

went back to "pick it up" today. same shit. Looked better but the bumper and front lip looked too metallic. The side skirt still had bubbles. They're gonna find another body shop.

I can't believe they even let you take it back that way. They aren't blind. Especially after the first botched repair, the service manager should have inspected that job personally before they even called you to pick it up. :thumbsdown:
