Brake Pads replaced but not rotors

how many miles? its my understanding that rotors should last ~50K miles, and BMW doesnt want people turning their rotors (that seems iffy to me though), pads ~15K/20K...all depending on how you drive of course.

i wouldnt sweat it. as long as the rotors are in good shape, and the old pads didnt wear down all the way, you should be alright. its done all the time with all car brands. plus the rear brakes only provide 10-20% of the breaking force on the car, so they dont get as abused as the front rotors.
