Oh I agree - I once disputed a $1.35 charge on my credit card because it was from a gas station that tried to steal from me, and I hated those jerks (for this and other reasons). If it went beyond one phone call, though, I would have let it go because it wouldn't have been worth my time.

The tires arren't covered on the No Cost Maintenance Program in NYC. is it like that every where?

If he/she is, file a claim in small claims court - it'd probably cost you less than they charged you for the quart of BMW oil!
