Their service department is top notch. Service Advisors are knowledgeable and courteous. If they do not have the answer to your question, they will get it for you either right away or via a follow-up. As long as it is within their policies, they will bend over backwards to make sure that your vehicle is serviced to theirs and your satisfaction. BMW loaner vehicles are always available with a scheduled service appointment. Vehicles are washed after service. I have yet to score them lower than 10/10 on BMW customer satisfaction surveys.
Their parts department is pretty well stocked and are competitively priced for BMW CCA members and against other BMW Centers and vendors' advertised offers. They may not be the lowest priced in every single items, but I value their service, advice and convenience.

Best Service Ever!!!! They make Plaza, and West County look like they are new to the game. Anytime in the last 15 years I have needed work done, they have taken care of it quickly, at a good price point, and professionally. I have never gotten an Enterprise loaner from them, as a matter of fact I always get the top of the line car version of my car... guess Gerd wants me to buy something new....Sneaky.. The car should be going in in the next two months for oil, balancing, and the ipod retrofit. Two Thumbs way up!!!!!
