Worse than drugs? Can't tell you since I've never used drugs, but I can't deny that this board is addicting... My number of posts is speaking for itself...
. i'm as clean as a piece of white paper

How quickly a thread can go off topic...
I emailed BMW about my desire for iDrive to accomodate call waiting and pauses in dialing strings and here is the response I got:
Thank you for contacting BMW of North America, LLC regarding your 2004 BMW 530i. We hope your new 5 Series is serving you well. We unfortunately have not received any information at this location indicating these features will be available for use through he iDrive system. However, we will forward your comments to the engineering department for review and future consideration.
We apologize if this response falls short of your expectations. If you have any further questions, please respond to this e-mail or contact the Customer Relations and Services Department at 1-800-831-1117, Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time.
