Does anyone have experience with the Alpha Full Coverage plan from AAAutoWarranty.com?

http://aaautowarranty.com/alphabumper.asp

Pls advice.

Thx

WJM
Update:
I ultimately decided to go with AAAutoWarranty and purchase their Alpha Bumper to Bumper Full Coverage Plan.

I selected the $0 deductible($150) option and the Wear and Tear($150) option so my total came up to $3017 ($2,817 + $150($0 deduct.) + $150( Wear and Tear) - $100(discount)), after a $100 discount special. The special incentive also included $500 in grocery saving certificates distributed over time.

Some factors that lead me to make this decision include:
Coverage length(84mths), member of local BBB, Pricing, wear and tear option and a $0 deductible option.

-----
Details:
Plan : Alpha Full Coverage
Term : 84 Month(s) or 125000 miles on odometer Standard Deductible: $100

Available options that may interest you :

$0 Deductible : $150
$50 Deductible : $75
Wear and Tear Coverage : $150

Easy Payment Plan Options:

12 Month Pay Plan: $985.95 down $178.41 monthly Standard Price: $3,126.87

6 Month Pay Plan: $845.10 down $375.60 monthly Discounted Price: $3,098.70
1 Month Pay Plan: $985.95 down $1,871.05 monthly Discounted Price: $2,857.00 Pay in full discounted Price : $2,817.00

------

I would like to thank everyone for their help in making this decision.

If your car is currently under factory warranty you will have more 3rd party options and your pricing should be significantly lower.

I looked at their website, and they certainly like to include a lot of fluff there. I did not see the actual contract, however.

I did a yahoo search on "problems with easy care." For what it is worth, one post there from easy care gave corporate names and phone numbers to contact if a customer has a problem.

As you likely know, people in the business claim that Motor Trends awards are tied in with the amount of $$ spent in/on that magazine.

In short, my best advice for anyone interested in extended warranties is to take the actual contract and put it in front of your service MGR. He/she is an expert on what to look for.

Period. Total cost: dozen tacos.
