15k miles a year, 36 month Lease, 2500 drive off, 599 a month (including taxes).

2004 525i, Titanium, Grey Leather, Premium Package, Navigation, Hud, Xenon

That lease sounds o.k. but it really depends on how many miles you actually put on annually. If you go over you'll end up paying for every extra mile over the 15,000. Make sure you read the fine print re: all the penalties. I've always prefered to purchase because of the miles I put on and because I typically get attached and keep cars for a long time! You may also get a better lease later in the year as dealers are trying to get rid of the 2004's on the lot. Good luck!

I always negotiate my lease payments with zero down. No sense in letting someone else use your money if you don't have to.

It's better to make a larger monthly payment than to pay it down at the outset.

i agree theres never a reason to put money down because if soemthing happens to the car you also lose the money that you put down.
