As the weather was slightly warmer today I shampooed the car. The bonnet is covered terribly in swirls/scratches and has lost its shine/gloss finish. If my dealer cannot put right I will insist on a full respray or replacement car.

Car went back in to dealers on Tuesday for rattling parcel shelf to be fixed. Car delivered back today - good news rattle fixed by fitting of new parcel shelf, bad news is that wrong parcel shelf fitted. Some dimwit ordered an SE parcel shelf and not the M Sport shelf to match anthracite headlining 
The car has now spent 5 days at dealers and all I have to show for it is damaged paintwork and wrong parcel shelf. This is getting beyond a joke!!!!
The car will now have to go back in again for the correct part to be fitted and the paint issue still needs sorting.
