I finished seeing my patients early today and decided to fool around with the BMWUSA website. I ended up making a $78751 528i after adding every available option. Not that I'm in the market for one. Ever seen such an expensive 528?

The only option I'd want on my 528i is ventilated seats. Not worth the US2500+ it would have cost. Everything else is foofy add ons. Nav is crap. HUD is silly and not worth more than a couple hundred. Even the sport suspension isn't as good as an aftermarket setup. I can't tell the difference between their leather and vinyl, though I'd rather have cloth or suede. Don't Germans ever wear shorts? OK, so a better stereo might be nice, but again, an aftermarket version would blow it away.
