Hi guys
I'm thinking of getting a 535i when it will be released in spring but do anyone have a clue of what the price will be? I at least think it will be equal to the 335i coupe. I have emailed my dealer but I haven't received an answer so I went to the real pros .
Any comments appreciate
Regards

Haha. We will see about that. I'm not a diesel fan but I will definitely give it a chance.

If you do try the new 286ps one... I reckon the 535i will replace the 540i and will be a similar price - also about the same as 535d... About GBP40k (retail) in M Sport spec...

Not trying to start a diesels better than pertol debate, but if you haven't yet driven the 535d your in for a treat! I'm sure the 535i with be a fabulous drive with the turbo and all but I just the love the massive performance of the 535d. Even with full tharsh everywhere I still have an average of 27.4mpg from new.!

Indeed, I'm in a dilemma of what to get next... 306ps/400Nm 535i or 286ps/580Nm 535d!? Life's a bitch...

Either way this is my wish list:

535i/535d M Sport
Carbon Black
LED rear clusters
Updated Steptronic (Quick shift + Paddles)
19" 172M Alloys
6CD + HiFi
Adaptive Xenon's
+other minor detailing...

well lets think... the 335d retails for 88% of the price of a 535d here in bulgaria, so i would expect the 535i to be more expensive than the 335i... by around 10-15%

The 535d engine has, for the secong year running, been voted the "World's Best Engine" in the 2.5 to 3.0 litrle displacement category.

That's not to say it will be so voted again, but don't even THINK of the fuel type when considering this engine, just go on the driving experience.
