I got my 1,000.00 rebate check today- having been a BMW club member for 15 years I appreciate what BMW North America does to reward the club members. I mailed the application 3 weeks ago.

if you are interested in this for your next purchase you need to become a BMWCCCA member for one year to qualify and maintain your membership without a lime lapse for the year that you apply.

This qualifies with a purchase or a lease and the rebate amount varies for each vehicle. There are also rebates available with CPO cars.

The $40 membership fee has a very nice rate of return.

Congrats on the fast processing. Mine took the full 12 weeks they indicated it would.

congrats! is it true that even if you haven't been a member for at least a year, you still get a $500 rebate if you purchase a BMW from the dealer? my sales rep kinda told me but he doesn't look too sure about it.

The stated required time on the BMWCCA site is that it must be more than 1 year(ie 1 year and 1 day)

Another neat benefit with BMWCCA is the annual raffle. Every year they draw numbers and award a number of cars. I always throw down 125.00 for five tickets and allow someone else to win a new BMW. Some day... maybe some year...I'll get my chance.

As far as mods go and spending the money- it's already gone into the black hole of my bank account- never to be seen again.
