My M5 is at the dealers. They r waiting for parts. I drove back to the dealer today, Couldnt stand driving an Avis loaner they gave me. Switched to a 2011 328xi. No power but MUCH better than the POS charger.

I gotta ask... were those matte black grilles? I've got the same titanium grey 2005 545i, and just added the BMC filter and RPI scoop today. The grille was a pain to remove, but having done it and discovering this thread, I'll probably want to switch to the black grilles. Just wondering if glossy or matte is the way to go.
I just bought some MTEC 2.1s from you also!

I would go matte with plastidip. Easiest way to do it.
