feeler/trade 04 530i for e46 m3

thinking of trading my 04 530i for a e46 m3
the 530i has 68kmiles on it,the car is in excellent condition
6speed manual,heated and power seats............every option but nav and park distence control.
the car is steel gray exterior and black interior

car is completly stock,only has tinted windows
