Does this 550 look right?

I came across this "550i sport" on Craigslist but three things don't look right - the ride height, the seats, and the steering wheel. I'm not too versed on what the '07 sports package came with. Can anyone help? Good deal or stay away?

It looks like it does NOT have the sports package but has the shadowline trim.
Things to consider is that it dosent have the sports package, a big deal for a lot on the site,
and its a manual.
