I love BMW, but also have huge regard for Audi.
Their design and great attention to detail is truely superb and BMW could learn a thing or two.
Check out these pics of the new A5 and you'll see what we are missing out on.

As a current Audi owner I agree. But, I'd still take the 3 coupe's exterior over the A5 anyday. Looks a bit short and high, similar to the VW's E something. The Audi interior owns the bimmer, which is nicely offset by the 335's 4.8 in the 60, superior handling and better weight distribution.
The more things change, the more things remain the same.

Exterior looks nice, very BMW look..I have never liked Audi interiors, they are not as fluid as BMW, they look to much like Japanese interiors with a little of a German twist. They also look alot like the VWs. Last year I rented a A4 and the interior was very cheap quality. For example the turn singnal stalks were so cheaply made that you could squeeze them like a lemon, and the dash that is over the speedo was so soft that you could push it upwards like it was made of soft rubber..

First look at it's back and i said : hello E92 coupe. The tailights are 100% copy. Overall nice but sorry not my cup of tea. I would take the 335i in an instant. The bmw looks more agressive, more athletic, and this audi i dunno it just tries too much.

The pictures of the A5 are beautiful. What will the next A6 bring?
I hope Audi can come up with a drive train and platform to compete with the latest BMW's, so the decision is even more difficult.

Those are audi tails and look just fine.
The A6 interior must be driven to appreciate.
The BMW e60 dash has way too much wood or other material and it is a weak design.
I really like this design and would be just fine driving it.
The grill's always look better in person.
I love my E60, but I appreciate bold design.
In some ways Audi has been less conservative in this model than was the current 3 series.
Proof is in the drive.
