You really do make me laugh, settle for a M3 because you couldn't stretch your legs in the E55, it is because of your darth vader costume?
Is there another smiley for laughing my ass out?!

My 997 Turbo although ordered a few weeks ago, can't be accepted until 1st March 2008, so it's only a 22 month wait for me i'm afraid. Long story why i'm waiting but it will be worth it
I truly believe that the 997 Turbo is the best all-round performance car that money can buy & that includes the Merc SLR & Carrera GT. They are simply awesome machines.

Probably a black or metallic blue (not keen on the Porsche Silvers).
Only other factor to consider is the Ceramic Brake option which i'll decide on once the cars start hitting the street later this year & i start hearing/reading reports. My options etc. do not need confirming until around Sept/Oct 2007

BMW should start offering this type of brakes on the new m3 as an optional IMO.

Get the ceremic brakes, If I have a fast car like a 997 Turbo, I would like to know and be assured that I can stop it.

About the brakes...
I was absolutely lucky to get invited to BMW ///M days where I could test M5 and M6 on circuit and eat and stay in hotel... 2 great days. There, a person asked, "why no ceramic brakes on the ///M's". They told us that the reason was that the ceramic brakes get good after you are driving for a while, when you start the car they aren't that good and therefore they wouldn't go for it...
