My Ride: 04 530i Space Gray/ Black Dakota Leather interior with SMG, Sports Package+ Paddle Shifters, HUD, NAV, Premium Package, Multi-Contour Seats, Xenons , Logic 7.
What chances do you think the IS F has against the M3?

If I was getting a car in this segment with an Auto, no question it would be the C63. Car and Driver tested it at 3.9 sec 0-60.

Slightly off topic from the original subject but I question this 3.9 sec number. The Brabus Bullit which is a C class with a 6.3 twin turbo engine putting out 730hp and 812 ft-lbs (all of which is available at 2000rpms) of torque records a 3.9 0-60mph run. I don't see how the base C63 can run in the same time.
Traction issues?

Because of to much power it got the same time as an M5
