What do you guys think of the 2008 Jaguar XJ8? Personally I really like the looks of it with the retro styling. One bad thing though is I really can't find the interior colors I like. I also saw on online reports the dependability is not that good, I think it was JDPowers. It was graded like a 6 to the BMW 5 series 9/10.

The XJ is a solid car. A completely new XJ, which is rumored to be radically redesigned by Ian Callum, is due out in a year or two and may be worth waiting for. As for reliability, it's not like it used to be. Jaguar placed higher than BMW on the 2008 JD Power initial quality study which was released a month or two ago, and as a brand actually has better predicted reliability than BMW according to the 2008 Consumer Reports ratings.

..........I think the new Jags are going to force some folks to pull their heads out of their asses .............. things don't always stay the same.......... predictability is boring ...... ask your G/F or wife
