Well, I see that as a positive for Lexus as they have the courage to perform a recall, vs. waiting for cracks to occur and replacing the fuel pipes one by one.

Does anybody think BMW should be recalling all of those 335's (and maybe 535's) with faulty high pressure fuel pumps?

I would imagine that the recall is more of a way to avoid liability issues as a potential fuel leak...well that's HIGHLY dangerous and a serious safety problem as well. I don't think they even have a choice...aren't safety recalls mandated
