M3 Conv Sold!!
I had Yamaha R6 for couple months, and the bike was little bit too small for me, I'm 215lbs. I like Suzuki GSX-R750, it's a great bike for the money or Suzuki Hayabusa 1300.

If not stay away from those monsters even 600cc Super Sport can kill you in a blink, get something small and tossable them upgrade radualy rather than scare your self at best or hurt your self permanently.
Dont mean to preach or anything just been ridding for 5 years now and getting out of it cuz of baby.
Best thing to do is track days thats where skill shows and you can push it to the limits without ending up under a truck or a car, seen a lot of gruesome stuff in bike community. One positive thing I've learned from bikes is it made me faster in the corners while driving my car

I assume that you had previous experience with ridding such bike or bikes in general.

Indeed i for one started...and ended with a Aprilia RS125. I fell off on a corner at (really 30km/h) because it was a very tight corner and i wanted to push it too much, and wearing no protection whatsoever and when i saw how much pain it can give you even at 30km/h i said to myself that's enough cuz i don't want to see how it is at 150km/h (even with 100% protection)...and then i came back to cars and 1 year later had almost a fatal crash...

Well I just got a bike, VTR 250. I want those super bikes but when I heard these stories about how people get hurt driving fast and stuff. I told myself not to get those and don't even think about going to the track. Yes driving fast on bike is fun but even with 100% protection, you still can't avoid things like broken limbs, tear ligament.
Too much risk if you ask me, so save the fast driving for cars on tracks.
I brought the bike for crusing with friends only.
