yeah, guys, I doubt there's anything shady going on at all, but let's just see what the seller says - can't draw any conclusions until then...

1st off i sent him pics of everything and told him what it was upfront. my car has only 45000 miles on it. bmw changed the rotors and bads at 30000 covered under my maintainance contract. i sent him pics of what i had before we agreed on anything. he agreed and used his shipping account. i sent him all 4 caliper and brackets as well as all four rotors and front pads. i forgot to pack the rears. when he told me they were not there i told him i would send them out but he said he didnt want them. he then told me he had to finish the rotors and replace pads. i told him i would refund him 75.00 as i told him these parts were used. these brakes were fine by the way as i replaced them with m5 brakes. they ran perfectly. obviously these were not new, however 600.00 for all for calipers, 4 rotors and pads is a fair deal. one used caliper alone runs for around 200.00-250.00 on ebay. i have a feedback of 315 on ebay 100%. ive never tried to get over on anyone. whats fair is fair. i just will never sell overseas again because of things like this

You had feedback of ebay none of my business. I will give your a negative feedback this item if came from Ebay, because you never answer buyer questions and need to chase you again and again.

Why you haven't return my message on July 03? Did you remember my PM message content "I will post to forum if not return message"?

The rotors and pads condition not only was inspected by me, but also garage officer and our country members. Garage officer advise throw away that front pads and refinish the rotors before use.

Before June 19 you told me refund 75.00 which after I gave your three options. You selected options 2 but amount just half of my request. Then I want to negotiate with you about charge but no luck and no return, I chased you again and again.
Need to wait for 2 weeks later. On July 02, your return message repeated and told me again new kit should in 3000.00 worth of parts for 600.00 even if they were used ..................get back 150.00 you cannot nowhere buy a full set of calipers and rotors for 600.00 anywhere for a bmw.
That's means you don't want to refund anymore and wanted to convince me used price is good in my understand. Afterward, I return message and discount to 125.00 but you keep on no answer and hide. Therefore, I have no alternative and post to forum to let others know.

You no need to tell me haven't receive my PM, I often saw you online at 12:00 am daily.

At last, what is refund amount you can pay back and when?

You should keep on sell overseas if you found yourself trustworthy.

yougave me options? your trying to get a complete e60 bmw brake set calipers, rotors and pads for 450.00. thats unrealistic. i offered you 75.00 refund because you say that you had to cut rotors. you say thats not enough. your trying to get over. i told you shipping was expensive you said you didnt care. thats ok you can bash me. i know what i gave you and the shape they were in. i take good care of my cars and ive sold to people here as well as on ebay with no issues.

This seems like a reasonable transaction to me. I don't see any need to be warned of this seller. He sold you what he told you he was selling. Sorry Ricky.

I haven't bought anything from Rich, however, I don't see anything unreasonable in how this transaction went down. He sold a used set o brakes, you got a used set of brakes. If you were looking for new brakes you probably should have bought new ones. Personally, if I bought a used set (like I plane to buy a used set of m5 brakes), I would change the pads regardless, see if the rotor need turning and if so, do it, if they need replacing, do it.
