How often do you get a set of wheels/tires and the seller was conservative in his description?
PTL described the wheels to be clean and tires to be approx 70%. I was very pleased to find the wheels to be MINT and the tires were atleast 80% tread.
As it turned out, one of the tires had a nail in it and I just mentioned it to PTL in an email while thanking him for the wheels and within secs he refunded me the cost of a patch.
I wish there were more sellers like PTL.
Do not hestitate to ever buy from PTL. He is a stand up guy.
