Should tell him you have some people close to you that have purchased thru a vendor named quad_m on the e60.net site and ask how his product compares to his...as you've seen quad_m's kit upclose. Further mention how you were told quad_m took time to deliver due to back orders and paint delays, and ask if his situation is similar or different?

And I have never seen his kits at all. But based on the other threads, the quality of the paint is not that good.
My local BMW dealer gives me 25% off BMW pricing - I save on shipping and can deal with my own bodyshop, whom I know produces quality work.
Now that I have shopped around $1995-2199 painted from him with a 6-12 month wait isnt really a good deal
It's just a matter of time before everything catches up to him.
And I really don't understand why people are still buying from him despite all this negative feedback on here.

why don't you guys get together and contact the his local district attorney office? We had a guy here locally that was selling replacement windows, taking deposits and waiting for months and months on end to deliver, if ever. after it hit the papers and the district attorney got involved, this guy spent nearly 5 years in prison, and is still on the hook for over $500,000 in restitution.
Quad-m's phone number is published on this board, google search it and everyone that has not received product due should start filing criminal complaints on him. You have to realize that he is not going to get you your products.
I really feel for you guys and am amazed at your continued patience. He did not respond well with the credit card reversals, you should escalate it to the next step, criminal.

In case anyone missed it, a member (suchet) just noted in the other quad_m thread that he was told by this vendor that if he were to post negative feedback on this forum then there would effectively be consequences (presumably later or even no delivery).
That, surely, goes against the spirit of the classified forum and more likely than not is a probable breach of the TOS. Either way, it's despicable behavior from a vendor who is harming members here.
I've said it before but I'll say it again - this vendor needs to be taken off the forum.
