Just thought I would let people know about my experience.

I had to return a set of v6.1 cables which I bought second hand. I contacted Bruce and he kindly offered to replace the cables free of charge even though I didn't buy them off him directly. They arrived the next day and they work perfectly. First class customer service you don't always see these days.
