PM Received! Will call him once I get a quiet moment in the office.
Such are the dangers of consumer alienation when business is conducted within a public forum. Vincent@Eurorev has now made good-faith efforts to contact me, so I'm halting escalation pending the outcome of discussion. I'm going to limit my postings on this until a resolution is achieved. I'm not out to villify Eurorev - I just wanted to be remembered and heard as a consumer with a valid grievance.

I have spoken to Vincent at-length. He relayed to Jesse as well. We are currently in negotiations to have all issues corrected to complete satisfaction. He seems sincere in his desire and was quite apologetic, allowing me to dictate the terms a bit as reasonably as possible (fairly unusual in the automotive business world). I expressed the importance of constant communication, as it prevents this type of escalation. Will keep all posted.

Spent a couple of hours at Eurorev yesterday. All issues have been resolved to satisfaction. I was able to review the remap hex with Vincent and Jesse and can verify the removal of the limiter and raising of the rev limit. One interesting point however - though the dealer stated that a complete reprogramming was performed, the baseline original maps were still resident. A speed test verified Jesse's changes to the mapping, however, and a 'top speed' will be performed at a better, safer time. Though I can't say that the length and effort taken to reach this point pleases me, I can say that I am happy with the outcome and the willingness of Eurorev and Speed Innovations to resolve the problem to my satisfaction and beyond (warranty extended until close to end-of-year). Too bad I can't make MFest...

Al - good to hear they took care of you. I spent the wknd with Vince at MFest and we spoke in depth at how these issues can be avoided in the future with current and potential customers - both in and out of state.
JESUS FARAGAIN ICEHOLES.......I just read thru that entire thread. WOWSER!
A couple of notes:
Vincent and John are GREAT PEOPLE. I will pick up my 550 tomorrow as it has been completely returned to stock and ready for lease turn in. Vincent and John both went out of their way to ensure shipping to different parties across the country was up to snuff during my part out.
EuroRev also recently Power Coated my OEM 19's, lowered my car on H&R's, Carbon Fibered me out, Smoked my tails, and Angel Eyed her up. My E93 "Zodie" is MAD PIMPED!
If only I didn't have a 14 Month Old Daughter, I would have had an "Aesthetically Pleasing Murdered" Jerez Black M3 Convertible in Vegas this weekend getting you fools comped Club tables and free cover at the Pool Parties.
Joe at Trinity is the Shit. Sup Nerwizzle?
Al-- hopefully just bought my old exhaust this weekend from Pepe at Triple AAA. (Hit me up bro if there are any remaining issues unsolved?)
Carlton is cool.
Tony has the fastest car in this forum! Too bad people will come up to see my car at Bimmerfest while his sits next to mine.
And finally MacFly? What up with you kid? You are "Diplomat Extraordinare". Well done!
Now when is the next time we all meet up so I can show you my new FLY WHIP?

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. On the way to Vegas, lost to both keang24 (Kenny) and Rab Dog (Sohrab) by a couple car lengths and they were still pulling on me but we shut down. Tied with MPower82 (Eddie) but he doesn't have headers and I do.
Federico from RDSport will be looking at my car to see if anything can be sorted out to make her stronger but we'll see.
RPI cars own the road at this point.
Jay, your car is looking FANTASTIC! I love the M3 vert man. Wished you were with us in Vegas.
