i was in 8th grade when the juice was on the loose...wow that white ford bronco.. i cant believe i bought into that hype.
maybe because i was young..

Whewww.... I made it through all 17 pages.
Good news to see that ACS5ER is making everyone whole.
I am pretty sure that there probably were some Federal crimes that took place. The "intent to defraud" can probably be shown. The lying can be shown.
If I am ACS5ER at this point, I would see this as an opportunity to make some changes in life. All it takes is for one member to turn this string over to the authorities, and he may have some problems.
Once again, I hope he takes this all as a serious warning to show how close he got to some serious consequences.
