It seems to me that they were trying to correct the order. Granted I understand your concern. It would have been better if a higher lever of quality control were taken, but mistakes do happen. I think more often than not our frustrations get the better of us. I don't think it's safe to assume all transactions will go this way, but it's just my opinion.Hope it all works out in the end.
Hope it works out.

Sorry but I think it is funny that you expect to see the part not even 4 days after you order it. It is hard to follow but seems you got the part in 7 days? That does not seem out of line for mail order to me. Where are you located?
Does it seem so unreasonable for them to ask you for the wrong part back when you say you have no use for it anyways?![](https://5series.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/confused.gif)
This is mail order not Wal-Mart.

Living proof that the customer isn't always right. Don't see much wrong here, the vendor tried to be reasonable, the customer aggravated the situation and acted wholly unreasonably.

After reading it again, this may be the best part...
"Dear pyspeed_com,
Now you don't return my emails, WTF? Wow thank god I am a member of 10 different forums you guy's are so screwed. I want my tracking number today! Or I am going to report you to ebay and pay pal.

To Pyspeed, you were more than reasonable in dealing with this. Mistakes happen and you tried to remedy the situation immediately. You have more patience in your email responses than I would have had...
To the OP... really?
