Rule #1:

If you don't think your time is worth money, then you're wasting your time!

Think of it this way, how much is every hour of your time worth? Multiply that by the number of hours waiting for your order, and subtract the savings on the parts = your loss/profit.

Even better, take that money you spent on Tony's product, put it in an interest baring account, and see how much interest you have lost, subtract that from the saving on the part in question = profit/loss!

Life is mathematics people! It's a simple language and there is no mis-interpretation of mis-understanding!
