I added what I bought, how I paid, & when. Unfortunately PayPal really sucks for chargebacks - it seems they won't process a chargeback after 45 days, which I didn't know. That being the case, it doesn't seem that they will get me my money back, so I'm never using PayPal for anything more than $100 from now on.

idea: TRY TO FIND OUT THE BODY SHOP HE GOT THE KITS PAINTED AT, lOOK AT HIS PICS, ECT...maybe you can get a clue of the Body shop!!
then call them and inquire as to what happened to him..

Unfortunately no. There are a couple of pesky little documents in the US called the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Alas, one such clause is that one is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Imagine that - the presumtion of innocenence. Of course this means that it's difficult for neighbor Bob to craft a BS story about you just to cause an alarm and have you placed on 'watch'. Ah well...

One of my friends works in an insurance company. He told me imagine how bad it is. A burglar robbed an old lady's house, while he was going down the stares he tripped and injured his neck. He went to jail but sued the old lady for safety reasons about the stairs and WON
, she had to pay all his medical bills ALTHOUGH HE ROBBED HER. yeah, was surprised too.
