I have the bluetooth kit in my car, which I bought second hand.
On the ceiling above the rear view mirror, right in front of the lightswitches I have a second little panel with two illuminated buttons on it marked 'tm'. The one on the passenger side isn't really a button, just a sticky out bit of plastic, but the drivers side one is a proper button, which can be 'pressed'.
I'm pretty sure that the handsfree mike is in the panel as callers can only hear me clearly if I speak towards it (the mike seems pretty weak otherwise and I would be interested to know if this is a general problem).
However, I really can't figure out what the tm button means - it doesn't seem to DO anything.
Anyone help ????

What I do have is 2 buttons in positions 3 and 6. Only one is a proper button (drivers side) the passenger side one is a different shape and is tall and thin.
Both are marked "Tm" and the lettering is illuminated.
What the hell are they ?????
I'll post a pick later when I can get to a computer than I can connect my camera to.

What country are you in? I'm thinking there's something on your car that many of us don't have (like business telephone or something).
"Tm" might stand for "telematics" I suppose.
Post some pics and your country and someone will be able to identify the button...

I am in the UK if that is relevant.
I would love to know what they are for - especially if it is something cool
'Turbo boost' would be ideal
