i did'nt get my 525 yet but i would like to know what the best cell phone i can use , i have (Imate) poket pc ,is that works?

Yes, that's where I meant. And, the Cingular/Motorola V551 combination works great for me. So, I recommend the Motorolas also--along with the right carrier. I also know several that the Cingular/Motorola Razr combination works perfectly for.

Motorola phones work well. I have the RAZR.

The 18.1 software update fixed the problem with the outgoing call timer limit.... but it added new problems.

The voice activation is now much slower to react... and the phonebook on iDrive downloads e-mail addresses from my RAZR, so when I tell the car to dial someone... I have to use the idrive knob because the voice activation always pulls up the person's e-mail rather than the phone #.
