Virus, maybe not. Uploading firmware (deprecated iterations, files with bad CRCs, or just an incomplete load) could disable the computer, or perhaps the entire car. I read an article recently that contained quotes from a BMW representative that indicated it was possible to update the firmware via bluetooth, which isn't surprising. Luckily, most of the functionality surrounding the bt module and its security should be addressable via firmware.
