I have just had the Bluetooth retrofit kit installed to my E-60 by my local dealer yesterday and my Mobile is Motorola v3i, it pair nicely and also the phone book is transferred but I have a strange problem, which is every time I make the second call since the ignition is on the mobile doesn?t respond and on the car LCD it shows that there is a connection but with no tone, and the connection message remain on the LCD with no call action un less I hung up, but after that I can make a hundred calls with out any problem, and i am wondering is the problem from the mobile or from the car, cause i didn't try any ather mobile yet.. any buddy can help

Did you write that all in one breath?
Only way to find out what the problem is is to try another mobile. Another thing to try, delete the pairing and repair.
If I recall correctly, the V3i is not very recent and might not be fully compatible.

I'm trying to understand the problem. You state:
"...every time I make the second call since the ignition is on the mobile doesn?t respond and on the car LCD it shows that there is a connection but with no tone, and the connection message remain on the LCD with no call action un less I hung up..."
So the way I understand it is that you're trying to initiate a second call while the first call is active and the second call won't go through? Are you're having problems using call waiting? Or are you just trying to initiate a new call - without hanging up?

V3i should work fine. At least mine does.

Seriouly, though, you need to test this with another mobile to get more conclusive findings, pref. the same variant of mobile.

I also have the V3i and actually it works fine, never had such problem. Sometimes it happens that I dad to put down the call manually with the old V3. I think that your problem can be solved by upgrading the car CIP and at the same time getting the phone software update. Talk to your dealer he should do that for free as he has installed new hardware to the car.
