Im wondering if the v710 phone works well in the car with bluetooth because I might trade in my phone for that, my phone right now isn't bluetooth.

I have the phone and love its features (especially the voice activation). Everything synchs thru BT without problem. The only problem that I and others experience is poor sound quality on the other end when you're speaking thru the car's mic. I've never really figured out whether this an E60 issue or a V710 issue.

Thanx for the help, the other question I have is that I don't have voice activation, when I have a bluetooth phone activated and working, how does it all work with the address book, I know it transfers over but I don't think I can say dial, and say a contact or maybe I'm wrong.

My Ride: April Delivery 2005 - 545i Orient Blue/Beige Leather. Sport & Premium packages/Navigation/Heads-Up display/Premium Sound/Cold Weather Pkg/Park Distance Control/SMG/Split fold down rear w/ski pkg.
Currently: 2002 - 530i Steel Blue Metalic. Sport & Premium packages/Navigation/Cold Weather Pkg/Split fold down rear w/ski pkg.
Just picked up the V710 last week and it works great. I was told by the salesperson that there is now only one software version, and that it is compatable with the E60.

[/quote]He should have voice activation as long as he is in the US. Limited if he doesn't have Nav but still present
