My Ride: (USA) 645Ci, Silver Gray, Chateau, Cold Weather PKG, Premium Sound PKG, Sport PKG, Step, NAV [Std Equip in 645], HUD, Satellite (SIRIUS) Radio, Aux Input, Bluetooth enabled using iPhone 3GS w/ adapter cradle - Build date - 01/05, Baby delivered 2/24/05

It's been discussed here in the past however, your title represents the topic better...Yes, it works with 4.1 BB handheld software.
Blackberry 4.1 and Address Book Transfer Thread
With some of the recently released blackberries (8700, etc) and/or upgrading to 4.1 BB Handheld Software (not yet available to upgrade in US on some of the BB models - 7100, etc) you can get full address book integration via Bluetooth and iDrive. You can download 4.1 from the Hong Kong CSL Limited site Here (select 7100g). I downloaded to my US BB 7105t and works with new BB features and themes, etc.
However, because earlier builds > 2/04 can't get bluetooth unless new TCU the next option would be confirming BTUM interface works with BB 4.1 as it does with later build E60's...
