Is there a cradle for a Motorola RAZR phone?

I have a question that is slightly off-topic but, when you use your bluetooth phone on your 5er, do you have to speak louder than you normally would if you just had the phone next to your face? From my experience, I had to speak noticably louder for the other party to hear me.

In my experience (currently using Sony T610) you can talk normally, and the other party seems surprised when I say I'm on hands free in the car, so my guess is that the sound quality must be pretty good. The other day I was on a call when the Nav voice gave an instruction and the other party said "Oh, who's that in the car with you"!
