If I stay with Sprint, I'll have to get a new phone when my 535i arrives in a few weeks.

If anyone is currently integrating their Sprint phone with a 535i, I'd like to know:

What model phone.
What features are working when paired with the car.
Overall satisfaction with the phone/car integration.

Any info / guidance will be most appreciated.

Jim

+1. Thanks. Any issues / features that don't work as expected?

I had a Samsung A900 and had issues. Now have the RAZR V3 (admittedly a bit dated!) but works perfectly. Pairs everytime and downloads all contacts...

2006 550i: I have a Fusic by LG (Sprint) - the only issue that I've got is that I can't get the "Send Contact to Bluetooth" option to work. It want to disconnect the BT connection and then tries to "push" the contact to the iDrive compter. The work around, via Voice Control I use the "Save Name" option to add the contact.

Thanks... Compared to my current Sprint phone, the RAZR is high tech. I couldn't care less if its dated or not. If it works, thats what matters to me.

I decided to live on the edge and try a Sanyo Katana DLX. Sprint said I could return it within 30 days if not satisfied.

So far with my new 535i, it:

1) Pairs with iDrive system.
2) Transfers Address Book successfully.
3) Makes calls using address book via iDrive menus
4) Receives calls and answers using phone button on steering wheel.
5) Terminates calls using phone button on steering wheel.
6) Hands free sound quality is good (both in the car and for remote party)

I'll try more things with it tomorrow.
