Picked up my RAZR over the weekend and paired it with the car.
Everything worked like a charm... but I was surprised to find that when an incoming call arrives... my phone rings instead of the ring coming through the speakers of the car. Is this how it's supposed to work?

I have the exact same phone and my phone rings for 1-2 rings beofre the car picks it up and then the car rings. I think that the car should ring only, ubt I've not figured out how to make that work. SO, I just deal with it until someone tells me how to make the complete switch. I usually have phone in pocket with vibration mode and so I only feel my phone for 1-2 buzzes and then the cra rings..

Keep in mind that if you are listening to the radio/CD , the sound mutes and the call flashes on your I-Drive screen, a sure indication to answer your phone, ring or no ring.

When I was sitting in my driveway playing with BT last weekend, I didn't let it ring more than 2 times. Next time I get a call I'll let it ring a few more times and see if the car (speakers) eventually pick it up.
