Thanks a lot for the fast response. The problem is now solved.
The problem was that the phone was set on to read the phonebook from the phone and then I changed the phone settings to read phonebook from sim card instead it is synchronising the names over to the cars phonebook. The problem I now have is that the sim card only stores 200 names and that is not enough for me.
