I've been having this problem with call waiting on my bluetooth where if I was on the phone with someone then another call comes in I switch over when I was finished with that call I would switch back after I hang up with both calls.. The bluetooth would start ringing and if you accept or reject it still just keeps on ringing. The only way it would stop is if you disconnect your bluetooth. My friends 750 has the same problem. Just wondering if you guys ever had this problem with your 5er?

Ice,
You have to use your phone to use call waiting. If you use your car to switch over to the other call, you'll lose the first caller. I do not know of any fix for this or if there will ever be any.
